I am a soft skills developer, puppeteer, and special effects artist. My passion for the varied work I do allowed me to develop my company All Hands In. I have been passionate about improving team atmospheres almost as long as I have been a professional puppeteer. My puppetry experience gave me a unique perceptive when it came to improving how leaders and teams work together. At All Hands In, we use the tool of puppetry to explore and develop soft skills.
