For the past 30 years, James Baxter has worked as an Animator, Supervising Animator, Animation Supervisor and a Head of Character Animation at Disney, DreamWorks and for a while at his own studio. Some of his characters include: Belle, Rafiki, Quasimodo, Spirit and James Baxter the Horse.
